Thanks guys, It's was all in the prepwork and several layers of Duplicolor Metalcast MC-205 Orange to acquire desired color and several layers of Duplicolor Engine Enamel DE 1636 Clear to make it last.

As requested:Mods... do I get a custom tittle?

Supplies Needed:

Caliper Paint (Duplicolor MetalCast)Engine Enamel (Clear)Ratchet and SocketBrake CleanerWire BrushRags/Newspaper and Tape

Step 1: Securely jack up the vehicle (use jack stands guys)

Step 2: Remove the tire and rims

Step 3: Cover entire car, including wheel well with rags or newspaper and tape.

Step 4: Clean the caliper with wire brush and cleaner solution. The cleaner the better the paint will stick.

Step 5: Remove Caliper. Use ratchet and remove the two bolts on the back side of the caliper.

Step 6: Rest the caliper on the rotor or hang it from the wheel well with a coat hanger. Be sure NOT to stress the brake line.

Step 7: Once removed clean again with brake cleaner and a tooth brush. Protect your eyes from the chemicals with goggles.

Step 8: Mask off exposed cylinders, brake line, nuts/bolts

Step 9: Place caliper in a place where you can access all sides and thoroughly but lightly (to avoid running paint) spray paint them (8-10 inches away). Wait 10 mins and apply 2nd coat. Wait another 10 mins and apply 3rd coat if necessary. Paint will be completely dry in 30 mins.

Step 10: After desired color is achieved, apply Clear Engine Enamel waiting 10 minutes on the second coat, and 20 minutes on the third.

Step 11: Let the calipers dry for at least 2 hours (8 hours preferred)

Step 12: Remove masking, reassemble brake caliper and remount wheels being careful not to ding the painted caliper with our wheel.

Step 13: Let the paint "bake" for a couple of days before washing the car.
