First of all i want to introduce myself.
Since 2 weeks i am the proud owner of a G37S 2008 Infiniti!
For the record, i life in Amsterdam (Netherlands) and i am very happy
to join this forum... Soon i will post some pictures of my car!
(By the way: Sorry for the worthless english!)

No the problem i have:
My car is originally from America. Now the database from the navigation is of course still from America. Now i want to upload Europe (or Benelux area) into
the system. No using the search function i couldn't find anything about it!
The infiniti dealer told my they also couldn't do it, because of different formats.

Can anyone help me to upload a european database into the system?

And i have a Garmin already, but like to get my car navigation running also!
There should be a way to get it started in europe?

Hopefully somebody knows a way to go...

I just got a reply from the Infiniti Europe.
They told me, it is not possible due to a different system in the car... (as we know already)...

So i think our last resort is the navteq guys, they have to come with the
correct charts that can be uploaded into the american system...
I have sent them an email as well...

Any news from navteq? I will be moving to Germany next month an I plan on shipping my EX35 to Europe. I agree, there should be a way to upload the maps.
