My 2010 G37X wont start in park because the P is not displaying on the odometer gauge. I assume that this problem is due to a poor contact when the car is P. It will eventually start after I hit the shift knob few times and P lights up on the gauge...There are no problem starting it in Neutral. Does anyone know how the switching relay looks, so that I can adjust the contact points on my car and see if that fixes the problem.
Thanks!

There is either a switch in the shifter itself (under the trim panel in the interior), or the transmission (it would be bolted to the outside of the transmission). Either way, the switch needs replaced.
