I am a Tire/ Repair shop in Florida. Got a customer with G37 and warped heads. Had my machine guy come by to just make sure or make us feel better about, we have had a relationship 35 years. We cannot find the Heads for the car. I thought some of you may give me some ideas where to search.Gear is patient now but you know how it has been since covid. God Bless, McDavid

In my experience, trying to "save" VQ37VHR engines (or frankly anything else with an HR designation) which have any sort of warpage is a vain exercise. My best advice is don't go there, get a good used engine.
