G37 wheel and brake swap

Just curious on how difficult it would be to do a wheel and brake swap from a G37. I like the calipers with INFINITI on them and I like the new 19" rims and how they hug the calipers. And opinions/criticisms on the swap are welcome, too.

The wheels would probably fit...but a definite NO on the calpers

I looked into it, and it requires major modifications to get it to work.

Well what the h batman. Would the wheels clear the calipers on the G35s?

Not sure...but I would guess YES. Because the G37 wheels are designed with the new calpers (which stick out a lot more) they should fit on a G35. I don't think they changed the bolt pattern...but something to doublecheck.

So the brakes aren't a bolt on affair like the Brembo's? What modification is necessary?

Probably can't do an easy brake swap. The bracket that the caliper bolts into is an entirely new design, so you'd need a custom part to mount the g37 caliper in a g35.

I love the g37 rims (19''), if anybody has a pic please post it!

I've wanted to do the same on my G35... I love the rims and the calipers for the 37... if there are any 37 owners out there that are going to aftermarket rims that want to sell theirs, gimme a shout...
