Brand new here. I've recently been shopping for a g37x, m37x (or m56x), is the horsepower the same in the m37 as the g37? I know they're both 3.7 liter v6. TIA. My last 3 cars have been Subarus, I need something more comfy with AWD as I'm in the snow country. Had an '02 Maxima that I liked but had only Front Wheel drive. My '02 Subie has 333 wheel hp on the dyno, so I like fast cars.

The horsepower on the M37 is the same as the G37, but the M37 is obviously larger and heavier. The M is a lot more comfortable of a car, but both are great cars. I'd pick the G37 over the newer Q50 since I saw you mention that in your description. The Q50 is a better looking car, but mechanically the G37 is a much better car. The M37/M56/Q70 are all the same cars, so not much difference between any of them other than engine. I've driven all of them and personally I prefer the M37/M56/Q70 out of all of them, with the G37 a close second. If you can live with the fuel economy, the M56X/Q70(with the 5.6) is the way i'd go but the M37/Q70(3.7L) are pretty good too.
