hey everyone! i just recently bought a '08 G37 and wanted to lower the car. i have zero experience with these kinds of things! if someone could tell me what parts i need to lower the car and your opinions on what brands are the best, that would be great. i don't want the ride to be ****ty after i lower it...so basically i want a good setup.

any help is appreciated! thanks guys!

What are you looking for? Lower or something like coilovers?

You can replace the springs with the Eibach Pro Kit set. That will lower it down (it won't slam it). Some say it's the closest to a stock ride afterward but I know in my Maxima that was not the case.

is the ride still smooth by just replacing the springs? or does it feel different? And also, could you explain to me what the difference is between springs and coilovers and all that stuff?

thanks!

The Eibach kit on my maxima did drop it down relatively nicely and it did help with handling. BUT it was much rougher on bumps.

Coilovers are different than strut/spring combo's as they are all 1 piece and allow you to adjust their ride height
