This is a mod I would totally do. I have a centri kit on my BMW, but just like with that car, I will definitely wait until I'm out of warranty before going FI. The price is also likely to be a lot lower in a few yrs. Gonna focus on stereo, suspension, and wheel upgrades for now.

Hey Poyzinous,

How well do you think a stock transmission is going to hold up to almost 500 hp?

Yes I want one

People already hitting 500hp with TT set up with stock internals in engine and transmission. So you should be ok. The TT set up is around $7500. Only thing they recommend around 500hp is the fuel system update. You are running out of fuel.

The RE7 is incredibly well built. Following trends from past trannys, the 7speed auto should be able to hold up just fine, though a bigger cooler won't hurt. stillen more than likely monitored transmission fluid temps and pressure to make sure everything was ok. The Manuals transmission can also hold up, but a stronger clutch will be a definite need.
