Yeah, been posted a couple times.

I'm sure they will come out with some turbo mods that will make it faster in a straight line eventually.

Even if the SHO had won,I would still pick the G.Seem's like ford goes through a lot of effort ,then does not deliver in the end.

Plus it's a Ford Taurus...they could drop a Ferrari engine in it and paint it with 24 carat gold....and it would still be a Ford Taurus. :-)

As I was considering my next purchase prior to buying a G37, I was looking at different options like the Buick LaCrosse and Lincoln MKS...both very nice cars...but both cars that my grandma would drive with slightly bigger engines.

I might be just me but if I was looking for a luxury sports sedan I wouldn't even consider the Ford. I'd be looking at Infiniti, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Acura, Jaguar, maybe Cadillac, but not Ford...

Not here to defend my beloved Furds, and didn't like the SHO when I checked it out. NO comparison to the G sedan imho. However, I was more impressed with the AWD Fuzion.

The first and second generation SHOs with manual transmissions were great cars. Everything since then, including the newest one, has been a dud. The Fusion would have been a good platform for a new SHO that came with a V6 and a six-speed manual.

I think the #'s are impressive especially if we think about the weight of the SHO. That thing is a pig.

For sure if there is a tune for it. It will be pushing better numbers.

Few things I don't like about it is the weight and the warranty. For that much if Furd compares their car to luxury than better give the warranty with it too.

At the end I still think it is a good effort from Ford. Now they just have to put the thing on diet or put the same engine in the Fusion with AWD option and I might consider it.

That's cause I, I mean the Guy, driving the truck, steered around it, sacrificing the Ferrari to save the beer!
