G37 Sedan Rear Spoiler?

The current factory rear spoiler on the G37 sedan is not very large and is more of a lip than a rear spoiler (just my opinion). Is there a good quality aftermarket rear spoiler similar to the G35 coupe spoiler design out there?

Would a G35 coupe rear spoiler fit the G37 sedan?

This one really looks like the OEM lip; I think it's a big bigger, but it might only for the G37 coupe.

Unfortunately, I don't think they have aftermarket spoilers for the G37 sedan yet.
