G37 seats won't slide

Hi Guys,

I only just bought my '08 G37 Coupe. I'm in Australia so this is a Japanese Import, the whole center console is in Japanese which makes it difficult diagnosing issues.

Everything worked great the first 2 days. But then the passenger seat entry mode function stopped working, and now even my drivers seat will not slide back or forth.

I've also noticed the seat memory buttons never light up, no matter what sequence i press them in (could be related)?

Do you guys have any advice? I don't even know who to take it to since it's an import.

Any help would be really appreciated.
