G37 seats in Y33 Q45?

Anyone try this? I like the 1999 Q45 I have but I am 6'3 - and while you would think this is not an issue my 1997 Lincoln has better seats than this Q45 - and I think it is due to the size/length of the base of the front seats. So I was thinking to try and find a junky G37 seat that appears to have more going on the base part than the 1999 Q45 to see if I can mod it. I can do over 400 miles on the road with the Lincoln without any thing hurting but honestly after 300 miles in the Q I am dying to get out of the car. Around town is no issue and the ride is as good as the Lincoln.
