I just got a G37 and as a owner of the car I wanted to keep it clean since it's a new car. So i looked up online and got myself a car cover from carscover.com. And now that i have a cover i got something to worry bout. I'm worried that what if the cover damages my car's paint job. I got the cover with the fleece lining inside but i am still worried bout it. Help?

Welcome to NICO!

Car covers...never used 'em so I'm not sure what damage they could do. I wouldn't use it unless the car would be sitting for a few days outside.

Welcome to NICO.

I'd suggest that you look into TropicShield. I haven't personally used the product/service, but I've heard some great stuff about it and you get a warranty for it.

I found a detailer in my area who would do it for around $150.

Welcome!!

I'm confused as to how a car cover would ruin your paint?? Isn't the point of them being to protect your car??

Is the fleece lining rough like fibreglass or something??

As long as it's a good fit, no worries.I have used them on my cobra's.I would suggest getting several coats of polish on it.I use Zaino.I also use a California Duster to get the car cover dust and pollen off my cars.

And, Welcome to Nico!!
