g37 ipl suspension on g35 (v36) sedan?

Hi guys. i don't know who else i can ask about this.. the dealer has no idea..
I recently came upon a full suspension from a 2012 G37 IPL coupe, and my ride is due for new shocks so i said whatahell.. anyway, I have an 07 g35 sedan journey (v36), and was wondering if this will be a direct fit with my car??, also.. going from my stock journey to this "performance tuned" suspension, will i gain any performance?? will it lower my car??
please let me know if anyone out there has the answer.

It will fit as long as your car is not AWD.
