Nice to see the G37 getting the reviews as well as Infiniti.

April 1, 2008 - Infiniti's G37 Coupe has won the 2008 Autobytel Myride.com Editors' Choice Award for Most Fun New Car for 2008. With "the 'buyer-focused,' 'real world' spirit of the Awards," Autobytel Myride.com's team of veteran automotive experts voted for the vehicle they'd most recommend to buyers, electing the Infiniti G37 Coupe as the most fun of all new vehicles introduced in 2008.

April 1, 2008 - Maintaining its status as the only engine to make the list every year, the VQ-series V6 currently found in the Infiniti G35 Sedan, G37 Coupe, FX35, EX35 and M35 has been named as one of Ward's 10 Best Engines for a record 14th straight year[1]. In order to be nominated, the engine must be, among other things, available in a vehicle with a base price of no more than $54,000.

April 1, 2008 - Automotive Lease Guide(ALG), the standard for Residual Value projections in North America, has honored Infiniti with its ALG 2008 Luxury Brand Residual Value Award - recognizing Infiniti as the luxury brand forecasted to hold its value better than any other[1]. Infiniti's triumph marks the first time a manufacturer other than Mercedes-Benz, BMW or Lexus has won the award, further signaling the distinctiveness of Infiniti in the luxury category. The award is based upon careful study of segment competition, historical vehicle performance and industry trends. John Blair, ALG's CEO, attributed Infiniti's strong residual values to "compelling design" and "high quality manufacturing."

November 14, 2007 - Kelley Blue Book's kbb.com, a leading provider of new- and used-vehicle information, has honored the 2008 Infiniti G Coupe with its 2008 Best Resale Value Award. With depreciation "often [being] the greatest expense incurred by drivers during the first five years of ownership," Kelley Blue Book's kbb.com considers residual value a critically important factor for car-buyers. Maintaining the best residual value of any vehicle in Kelley Blue Book's Coupe category, the 2008 G Coupe also is the only luxury vehicle in the Top Ten for 2008 Best Residual Value.

January 1, 2008 - After tests of "the year's most innovative and important new cars," the 2008 Infiniti G35 Sedan and G37 Coupe have both been chosen as an AUTOMOBILE Magazine All-Star. 2008 marks a second straight year for the G35 Sedan as an All-Star and All-Star recognition for the G37 Coupe in its first year of eligibility.

Viscerally enthralled by the G's performance and styling, the editor describes it as a "sexy beast that slices apexes like a sashimi knife" and says "for those partial to instant gratification, the Infiniti reigns supreme." Equally impressed by the G's "pleasure dome" interior and design, AUTOMOBILE Magazine concludes, "the toughest choice may no longer be between the Infiniti and the BMW. It's between the G37 and G35."
