The G is a very safe car. My daughter had a rear tire blowout on I-580, hit another car, spun out of control then hit the center divider head-on. The G was totaled but she's OK - shaken but not injured. The airbags and curtain airbags protected her on impact. BTW, the other car only has a dent on driver side door.

FWIW, I just got the details ... the car was totalled about 6 months ago. Another car cut him off and he was found not at fault. He now owns an IP G37S coupe.

Glad the G driver is ok and the other driver was blamed for the accident.

There are times when trying to get out of some fool's way is worse than just letting him hit you.

The impact looks like the G held up very well. No midchassis damage and the front absorbed the impact perfectly. sad to see it hurt though.
