G37 coupe Y pipe to sedan?

Hi,

Has anybody installed the Coupe Y pipe(or front pipe) to sedan? Would it be possible? Somebody in local is selling it for coupe but I'm wondering it would also fit to the sedan. Please let me know.

I am fairly certain that the "Y" pipe will fit between the two, but that's about it. The rest of the exhaust is very different.

Y pipes are they same.
