G37 Convertible - Let's Discuss

So does anyone else think this convertible will be very popular with the middle aged woman demographic? (clk and a4 competitor).

And would you even consider buying the g in convertible?

It has no appeal for me, but then again I have never been a convertible guy. Maybe if I was in my late 40s and balding it would be the car for me, but I think the coupe is where it is at.

I don't think the curves look good on the Convertible.

This may sound stupid, but I think the drop top would have been better suited on the FX or EX even though they have 4 doors.

I'd like to see a lightened coupe with AWD.

I can't think of a good letter or set of letters to use as a Preformance group of cars from Infiniti... Un less they use "I"

Never been a fan of verts...Looks OK on the G.

I never been a big verte guy. Most likely because in the climate I live just does not make sense to have a car for a few months.

Also most companies having a problem to manage the same performance with convertible and coupe version. That being said most likely the verte would be tuned down version of the coupe. So most likely it will bring more females to the sale then males. I love the idea how Infiniti's expending there market to everywhere.

I agree with Rich. Love to see the G37X coupe. If Infiniti did their homework that will be a jackpot for them. Imagine that thing with a TT on it. Soon we shall see. Verry soon.

Hopefuly somebody would be brave enough on those to put a TT system on it. Now that would be a beast.

I love to ride with the windows open that is why i like a vert!

I think a hard top is the best of both worlds...

They should up the power on the Verts to keep them competive with the coupes and sedans!

I don't think that it is a bad deal for the vert!

If it cost 45k... It would still be a really nice vert!

Better than any other vert out there in that same price range with a Hardtop IMHO!

An SL Benz or an SC Lexus are in different Leagues in my book!

She currently drives a 2006 350Z roadster, and says she will never drive anything buy a vert, even though we live in Dallas and all summer it is too hot to have the top down. Also most of the Dallas women that drive verts with the tops down do so with the windows up, which really looks dumb.

I will never like convertibles. Something about open top for a sports car is odd.

i should have known it was a bad sign when my ex girlfriend refused to ride with the windows down because of her hair. and i should have said, then get out.
