G37 cluster glitching gear position and won't start car! HELP

Why is the G girl acting like this, and how can I fix it? Haven't driven it in about 4-5 months now!!! Video link shows exactly what it's doing, someone please help me..

The gear selector shows the correct position but the gauge cluster is all messed up. Thought the gears and it doesn't let me start the car cause it won't show park or neutral.
