G35x

I have a couple of issues.

My son owns a G35x. He said when he puts it in drive the car shakes and makes a loud boom sound.

Any ideas? Checked the CV shaft and all wheel bearings and everything is fine.


Another issue is the car starts without the key in the ignition. My son lost the ignition key and the reote but everyone says the key Is in the car. We checked everywhere and its no where to be found.

Could be an issue with the AWD diff or the transmission if the shafts all seem OK.

If you cannot lock the doors and can start the vehicle then the key/remote is in there somewhere. The key has a chip which is assigned to the cars security system and without it the car would not start at all.
