helllo i just recently got a g35x and unfortantly the stereo was screwed so i wanted to replace it.

i have a kia sportage that has a nice radio in it that i was to put in. is it possible to wire it in my infinti? it came right out of a KIA stock and on the radio itself it says
MAKER: HYUNDAI MOBIS

the radio is pretty cool so i really want it in my infiniti. is it worth hooking up and even possible? it did not come with a harness just the weird harness that came with the car. if i cut those wires can i just rewire it onto my harness that i bought for the infinti?
