g35x power drivers seat

just wondering why my drivers power heated seat moves on its own overnight and one time when I was driving. is there a module for the seat since it has memory seating and is this the cause? Or is it a body control module I'm at a loss so any help would be appreciated

Not sure about the '06 but in later versions you can assign memory to a key fob.
