g35x noise .. first starting only ( include videos)

Good morning guys.
I have noise that comes when i start my car (not always just when the weather cold or when i leave the car without using for more than 5 hours).

This video today , listen to first one has the noise (like hit under the dash or under the steering wheel). It happens to only first starting). By the way its 2004 g35x sedan.

Second video second starting (seems normal).

Unfortunately I can't really tell what the noise is in the vids. Have someone else around to crank the car so you can try and pinpoint the location. Might take a while and be an inconvenience but that's about all I got.
