I know that the G35 is the new skyline in japan and in America but is the G35x the equivalent to the Skyline GTR

The Nissan/Infiniti Skyline GTR will be equipped with a VQ35 DETT engine, ie. the G's VQ35 with a twin Turbo charger for lots power.

Oh i didnt know if they were gonna keep with the Twin Turbos since it seems car companys arent turboing cars as much like the 2005 Supra and RX8 for example, i am glad to see Nissan is keeping the turbosif there is lots of power in the tt how come the turbo kits for the G35 have said to have small power gains like 30hp

I think its a bit higehr than that even in the aftermarket ones.Anyway,. the VQ35's for the TT's are gonna be equipped with stronger rings, maybe pistons and other strenghetd internals.

A engine not prupose made for turbo charging wont be able to take as much boost while still being warranty friendly.

It also might be a V8 for the USDM. Much easier to federalize.

I think it will be 5.6 liter V8 in a higher power NA trim. Perhaps supercharged.

I don't think it will be a turbo.

Rumors say VQ35DETT for rest of the world, VKxxDE for USDM.
