Well lets start off simple. There is a button on the drivers control that will lock out function to all the other windows. Make sure it is not depressed.

So to understand correctly, you have tried the controls to each window and door separately, meaning the respective switches and they will not work?

I would not see why the driver side switch controls the other switches. They should work independently of one another. There is either a fusible link, relay or those switches are simply bad.

Ahh salvage title cars are my favorite, although I don't know if I would have the patience and pocketbook for that kind of gamble today though. However my last rebuild was a Bonneville and nothing at all like a LAN equipped G.

The window control system on this car is very simple but also complex. The power locks system is also part of the LAN network. You are going to need to learn how this system works before we can even really discuss what's wrong.

Read up.

If you don't have a good multimeter you will need to get one. This is not a first project type car so I really hope you have some experience.

The solution is to go through the FSM and follow the wiring with a multimeter until you find the issue. I would start with the main switch panel in the drivers door and work back from there.

And make sure you have a good fully charged battery and good grounds with no corrosion as well as a multimeter for testing continunity.
