g35s license plates

Md finally got around to giving me a ticket for not having a front license plate but I couldn't find where to attach it. Got any ideas other than wearing it around my neck inside the car?

Should have a template. Have to screw in the 2 self tapping screws that hold on the plate holder into the front bumper (there are no holes already there).
