So, I have a set of G35 18'' 7-spokes, and its time to get new tires. However, I wanted to get some opinions of people running them. The stock tire sizes are F-225/45/18 and R-245/45/18, but the rears look a little beefy and could use a little more clearance in the front. Any sugg? What do you guys run?

I've had some people suggest keeping the offset but dropping it to 225/40-18 in the front and 235/40-18 rear, or 235/40-18 all around. What do u guys sugg?

people underestimate how much beef you can fit into the wheel well.... by my calculations you should just barely be able to fit those stock tire sizes on the car... but i like a little less beef in the front so they dont rub when they turn... also, whats the width of the wheel? thatd help... but 235/40 is a good sized tire for 18's... on my s14 i run 255/40 in the rear and 225/40 up front.... and its enough beef for me...

They are 18x8 +30 i believe, not positive on offset. The stock tire sizes do just barely fit, but look terrible. I am looking for a little less beef, and within the next few weeks I will be getting coilovers so the car will be lowered. I had to roll a little bit in the rear and fronts took out my liners already.... What do u suggest?

245's are gonna rub up front with those offsets. Definitely gotta go lower than 45 profile as well. If you're aiming for a less meaty look, 225/40/18 will look good. Just a very slight stretch, barely any at all really. 235/40/18 will sit nice a square on the wheel without bulging all around like you baking muffins or something...

Perfect! I'll go 225/40-18 in the front and 235/40-18 in the rear! Thanks for the help

+30 wont clear your coils. I have pair of 350z wheels 18x8.5 +33 and i need spacers to clear the coil.I only had 20mm so i ran that but you can probably get a way with 10mm.
