Hello, I am wondering if anybody here can tell me if I can fit 19"x9.5 with a 40 offset wheel on a stock hieght 04 sedan? I would go with a 40 series tire at 225 or 245 wide. Anyones experience would be helpful..

Cheers.

You may be able to get somewhat of an eyeball idea by using the tire calculators available here. This would tell you what the height and width the tires would be.

Or another method. When I went to purchase wider wheels and tires for my Chrysler I went to Discount Tires. I was looking at going from the stock 17 rims to 19s. I was looking at 19s since I had a wider choice of tires available while maintaining the stock diameter (speedo issues for one). They were more than willing to try a similar wheel to what I wanted and doing a test fit with a similar tire. The end result was a go but a close one, not at the fender wells which I was worried about but on the inside for clearance on various suspension and brake related parts such as brake lines etc.

My eyeballs told me this was not going to be a factor, however that turned out to be the real issue.
