A NA motor is not inherently a better platform for supercharging than turbocharging. They share many of the same issues and some differences.
As far as the original topic, the G35 does not have to be supercharged. There are only minor difference between kits designed for the G35 and for the 350Z. Most typically in intercooler design and perhaps placement. Bear in mind there are many aspects of each car that appeals to different drivers. There is a lot of crossover, but it may be the buyers that are more particular to each car that may make the difference in choice. My thoughts are that G35 drivers may be more conscious of their warranties and may opt for the Stillen Kit with a warranty. The Z probably appeals to more buyers that are willing to take more risks. This is of course only speculation. In any case neither motor is more suited to supercharging or turbocharging.
