how hard is to put auto transmission from 06 g35 sedan to 03 m45.m 45 would be whole another animal.i am thinking doing it after i drove the 06 g35 sedan. it had better gearing, manual mode just grate transmission.caug

I am fairly sure (but not absolutely certain) that the transmission in the two models are the same: RE5R05A. The difference is in the programming.
Since you would have to use the TCU from the M (to make sure that all the communications from the ECU, sensors, etc. were correct), the point of swapping would be eliminated.
Way more work with little results to show for it, IMHO ... you would be better off replacing the differential for some performance gains.

sounds like all you need is to remap the M tcu or maybe the G tcu will work in the M
