After sitting over night or between 12 - 15 hours the battery is drained without enough juice to start. I have replaced the starter, alternator and battery, but still the problem exists. My mechanic advised me of a motherboard that sits behind the radio and controls the amp/radio/AC...could this be not functioning causing the amp to possibly be continuing to drain the battery?

Yes, if you have replaced the battery you have a parasitic drain somewhere.

Disconnect the stock head unit and let it sit for a day to check.

Yes the radio circuit board has been known to fail after a few years and cause a parasitic draw. It eats up current while you sleep. It may be an issue... They are expensive though. If it is your problem, e-mail me your VIN and I'll let you know which part number goes on your car and what it costs you...

Thanks man....ya, I have changed the alternator/battery & the starter. My mechanic said that circuit board was about the last possibility. My vin is JNKCV51E33M008501
