Hey guys i know you do not know me but im kinda new to Nico. Well with all the pleasantries aside lets get down to business im currently a 350Z owned ill post pics of mine later on when i read about how to post the pics they are kinda old i gotta update. Anyways back to the G talk here the reason i am doing this not being a owner of a G is cause i want one i did before want a M45 because i love that powerful V8 but found that there was not enough performance to add to the wheels so i go to the next best sedan that ive always liked and know can be a serious highway sedan. Here is a list of cat back exhaust for the G that people may just wanna know to keep in mind if you know of any more please do add

Borla Buddy Club Pro SpecFujitsuboGreddy EVO2Megan Racing OE-RSTanabe MedalionStillen Gen 1 or Gen2 I also want to add if i may since the mid pipe from a couple is able to be used would a single exit exhaust from a coupe be able to fit as well please correct me if i am wrong if anyone knows personally.

Thanks

TO Teflon

Well tef im going after the 05 G cause of what they say on the power but i was thinking of the 03-04 only because Wald makes a kit for the G that is pretty sick in my opinion and it only says it fits on that model even though other sites say different i know its just a lip kit but im sure it should fit all years if not i'll just do the the mix and match of the ING+1 front lip with the rest of the kit Wald. I have read on here that people are still in the middle of if the bumpers are interchangeable but hey ill just have to try for myself. Performance is easy i got that down and by reading up. What do you think your pretty knowledgeable on here from what i have seen from you?

TO Toll

Yea i have read up on that section here but see im more of a N1 style (keeping greddy and all others that look like those in that group) king of guy i like that slant out of the exhaust it gives it a whoa factor when you see a really nice car with all that shine and just a nice flowing sound, u know it just looks fast and expensive trust me i get the feeling when i see a Supra, EVO, Sti, etc.

its all based on your preference.

I really don't know much about the fitment of body parts. Ive honestly never messed with the body much. Just replacing grilles and side markers. If you get a get an 1st gen sedan Ill be happy to help with all the info Ive stumbled across.

If this post seems hurried or not making sense its because I have a dinner With family i haven't seen in awhile. And I'm running late. Plus ive been drinking. No real surprise there either lol.

I have the Stillen Gen1 Exhaust on my 05. I like it, you don't need a coupe midpipe it comes w resonators.

He wants to know if a single path coupe exhaust will work on a sedan since it only has a single path exhaust as well.

Sorry read it too quickly :-P

Yes it will fit if you match year to year (I know the 05 to 05 works). The stock sedan midpipe is large and bulky so you have a good bit of extra room to tweak if its out.

Yea to be more specific the single path exhaust that can go on the coupes can they go on the sedans i mean i think it would be the same size length to reach the end of the bumper you know because if u can use a coupe mid pipe and its the same length as any other why back then why not use the coupe performance single side exhaust? I hope that makes sense

Toll the exhaust im looking for is deep and loud making the car sound power full if you get me

Tef hope that family thing went well and i hope you got there safe with all that drink drink u said you put down in ya. i will definitely take you up on that gen 1 teaching if i get the gen 1.

Erik i like the stillen believe it or not. Its a proven exhaust and u do get what you pay for with that amount of money lol i like that almost slanted style that it has but im a bug cannister guy i like those N1 and GT Spec styles u know?

05 had a new interior on the coupes, not sure about the sedan. Also they fixed the brake and electrical issues as well. Some have not had any issues with the 03/04s others have had "lemon" like issues with them.

I wouldn't assume that the distance from the end off the mid-pipe to the bumper is the same for the coupe and sedan. Just because the mid-pipe is the same length, doesn't say anthing about the rest of the exhaust.

I know that there is someone who has done the coupe exhaust conversion on their 1st gen sedan...but it took them a lot of extra work. I doubt that the axle back for the coupe is the same length as the sedan.

Why would you not just get a sedan axle back with the coupe mid-pipe?

Then you can get the HFC's and y-pipe and be set for exhaust...unless you wanna get some headers as well.

Well i would more than likely will do the headers cause i wanna soon enough single turbo it just for the little more power kit but that is it after that and if anything the JWT kit cause it is very intelligent how it was created to suit the car with the dual intercoolers
