i know all of the guys on this site love the JWT Pop charger and Z-tube combo which is a great mod.... but it's more beneficial for the coupes. the sedans benefit more from the Stillen CAI and Z-tube combo than the pop charger combo. here's what i've deduced.

the pop charger combo will give the coupe and the sedan 6.5 hp. the Stillen combo only gives the coupe 5 hp BUT it gives the sedan 11-13 hp. this is according to everythingg35.com, stillen.com, and jimwolftechnology.com.

i guess my point is (all you sedan owners), before you opt for the pop charger/z-tube combo, look into the Stillen CAI/z-tube combo. it's about $50 more but double the hp gain. i was VERY close to getting the pop combo, as well, but i'm definitely glad i did a little more research.

i hope i save someone some time. and please, if anyone out there has any opinions please post.

The Stillen CAI and Z-tube combo will fit on the 07 right? Also would this be easy to change back and forth when i go to dealership for service?

i checked their site. according to it there's no combo for the 07's yet. they have a great exhaust system, though.

you won't have to remove a cold air intake or z-tube, anyway. installing it won't void your warranty. even if you do it yourself. just don't break anyhting in the process.

If you have the new 07 sedan they have a trick intake already. its a dual cold air intake... one for each side of plenem. I think its a big part of HP increase... i wouldn't mess with it. just do the exhaust.

Snicewicz.... can i touch his M?!?!

bolt on upgrades will not void your warranty and shouldn't affect even a lease. Gwhiz, the moderator of the site leased his G35 and, as far as i know, he's never taken anything off.

bolt on mods WILL NOT void a warranty (unless you screw something up during the install). have them put it on. if you're still worried, ask the dealership. they only lie to you when you're buying the car! after that, you've got a 50/50 chance of them tell'n you the truth.

you'll be fine. do some research. don't miss out on the fun of modding!!!!

Um, the JWT POP charger (just the intake) adds 6.5 RWHP according to the website. That is independant of the Z-TUBE which, based off some figures, accounts for a few more ponies by itself. I've heard as much as 7 just from the Z tube.

Why do you specifically mention Stillen CAI?? Wouldn't this apply to AEM, and Injen as well???

Just curious.

Thanks for the info tho, it is very helpful.
