G35 Sedan 6 cd changer problem HELP

Hey hows it goin Nico im a new member to the website as well as a new Infiniti 2003 G35 sedan owner. I just bought my car from the auction here in Orlando a couple days ago. Im loving everything about the car ever since i got it, it drives great, but the only thing is i cant hear any of my CDs. When ever i press the CD button on the stock head unit it shows an ERROR screen.I think there might be some CDS stuck in the drive but im not sure. Ive read online the stock head units have alot of problems, and ive tried disconnecting my battery for 5-10 mins but it still shows the same ERROR screen when everything else is reset. Can anyone help??? what are some good and affordable after market head units if the radio were needed to be replaced???

Believe the stock stereo of the '03 adn '04 models are known for going bad. Probably finding a replacement or aftermarket is your best bet.

I'm not too familiar with any for the G, a lot have replaced though, so should be able to get some opinions or run search.
