I just came back from the Dealership with my new G35 Sadan S, It is my third G, this one really feels like a race car. I test drove both models and I could not pass on the S type, Driving computer it corrects itself and even a fair driver can get the performance out of this model, Any G35 S drivers, Is it worth the extra $, for the sprot package?

It has the paddles right? Not a true manual-matic transmission like high-end sports cars. I'm not sure on what else comes on the S model...maybe a more aggressive shifting pattern? You could get the same out of a custom tune. How much more is the S than the base?

G35 base model = $31,500G35 sport model = $33,500

if you ask me, it's definitely worth the money. you get limited-slip differential, that in itself is worth 2k IMO. you also get bridgestone potenza re050's instead of those garbage goodyear rsa's. you get 18" wheels standard and the adjustable lumbar supports that doesn't come in any other trim. the sport model is definitely worth the money if you're performance-oriented, but if you're very conservative go with the journey. because you can get one loaded for the same price as a base sport model...maybe a grand more. i think you get sport suspension as well.

if you're from up north, i would definitely get a g35x though.

I love my car. I think its worth every single penny.besides, getting a base model is pointless. Its either AWD or Sport. And with a sport package it still comes out cheaper than AWD
