I an mew to the forum and have a question about my 05 G35 Coupe. I changed out all rotors since I was getting noise from OEM rotors. I upgraded to drilled and slotted and it was fine for about a week and then started grinding. I sent back the rotors after 3 different pad changes and they sent me all new rotors. I installed and these are worse in grinding than the previous set. Anyone have any ideas on what may be causing this? The car has 58K original miles. I have put 10 miles on the car in 2 years. I got this set from AM Auto parts. I had to do some yelling and they agreed to replace this set too, but this tells me I would be replacing bad rotors with bad rotors. I don't drive hard at all. I am retired and don't do much driving during the week. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

Maybe the dust shields are rubbing on your rotors.
