G35 rim tire size help for my a/c

OK.. iv tried doing my research and search the forums and only found one topic about something simillar and it has left me really confused... i have a set of the 08 g35 18's on my A/C. (not the forged ones) they have the stock mich pilot sports on em. I left them on when i bought them from the guy cause there were pritty new still.. now its time for new tires. (i know they are staggered) they have 225/45/18 front n 245/45/18 rear.

my question is.. can i have the same size tire all around? (will it effect anything, (bad or good)), if not then is it a good idea to have the bigger tire in the front and smaller in the back? (will that effect anything? (bad or good))

i have eibach pros on my coupe. originally when i first put the rims on the handling was much better but i did feel a lil drag on acceleration. my guess is cause i had the bigger tire in the back?

any suggestions???
