G35 Parking lamps not working

I hope someone can help me. Over the weekend I noticed that my parking lamps are no longer working. I use them as a day time headlights and have halo's which also work off them. I dont think it is the halo's are the problem as they have been working for over 8 months with no problems. The only thing I've done different was I bought a new cell phone and was charging it as I was driving. Has anyone experienced this before? I checked the fuses inside the car and none were blown. Is there another fuse for these lights and if so where? Has anyone blown a fuse because of a cigerete lighter car charger was in use?

Because of all the mods in the circuits I would check over your wiring and see if there is something wrong there. Because of electrical alterations you may have a bad combo switch or BCM but you need to look over at your wiring.
