thinking of swapping cars with my wife.. i drive 70 miles a day round trip to work and my wife drives only 6 miles roundtrip... i'm racking up the miles on the g so i'm considering swapping cars with her for awhile.. i know the 4runner is not as fun as the g35 to drive but iv'e done some mods on the 4runner as well.. ipod connector, hids, 06 led taillights, nav... everything my g has except the hp... so what do you guys think.. should i trust my wife with my g?

What's better on gas? I'd go with the car for 70 miles...unless the 4-runner is more comfortable.

Also, the wife may not want to trade...I know my wife wouldn't want my G over her SUV. The SUV has much more room for the baby seat.

4runner without a doubt.. both are v6's but for some reason, my foot gets heavy when driving the g...

as far as the wife saying no.. she really doesn't mind... i had both cars prior to getting married... but i can tell she prefers the g, she gives me that stupid grin when i ask her if she's ok with the g.. or is she using reverse phsychology on me... hmmmm...

I would keep driving the G. My wife has a 2005 4Runner as well. The gas mileage in the G is much better if you're on the freeway.

The upside is that both of them are reliable as hell, so if you plan on running either into the ground then you will be fine. If you are concerned about resale value I think the 4Runners are holding their value better as well.

one week and i already miss driving the g to work... but i do love the comfort the runner provides... driving the g to the store is not just the same as driving 45mins on the freeway to get to work... oh well... at least i'm saving up putting on miles on the g... one week and my wife only put 55 miles on it...
