Would the stock G35 18" OEM's with 245-45-18 on the back and 225-45-18 on the front work on my 2k2 maxima se?

Would I mount them small in the front or should I get four new tires. Looking to buy those wheels is the deal and the set I'm looking at comes with the stock pilot sports....

Input appreciated. Thanks!

Jeremy

I believe that you will get rubbing on the 245s. The 18" G35 rims are different widths. 4 of the "front" G35 rims will work better than the stock G35 configuration.

Do you have the offset specs?

I don't off the top of my head, no. But thanks for your input.

I've never had anything other than stock wheels my whole life and I really don't want to mess with them if there's "extra" stuff involved. (There's a nice set on Ebay I was looking at)

I may just pass, and get some new wheels and the correct tires from Tire Rack in the future.

You may have better luck asking this over itn the Maxima forum. I knwo that it is tire-related, btu at least post the question with a link to this thread, because not all of the brains over there in that subforum browse all of the open forums.

I *think* you'll have a problem with the inner diameter on the hub mounting.

I believe the inner PCD on the RWD cars is 66.1mm or so.

Yeah, something like that... lol.

I need to pay more attention when I'm posting bored.

Center bore on Nissan/Infiniti FWD and RWD vehicles is 66.1 for all models. Actually, it is something like 66.069 or something, but most places call it 66.1 and are done with it.

What I am saying is that if the offsets are appropriate, the wheels can be swapped withought consideration for center bore.

They are staggered widths front and rear.

I'm guessing those are specs for the fronts. I think the rears are 18x8.5.

Thanks for the replies, guys. I decided to pass on those wheels and save for something else, and get the tires I want (that match).

Thanks! :)

Ebay item 7905660608 ended with no bids. Looks pretty nice to me.

Earlier post had a nice set as well.
