G35 Misfire, Maybe knock sensor HELP !

I bought my g a few day ago. I love it but it seems to misfire around 2000-2500 rpm. I ran codes when i first bought the car and got nothing. No check engine light on. I ran the code again today and i got u1000, which i dont think has anything to do w this. I also got a bad knock sensor code. could this be the problem? if so where is the knock sensor? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The car drives nice as long as you dont push it above 2-2200 rpm. Already cleaned MAF sesnor and checked the cam sensor.

How many miles? have you replaced the plugs yet?
