I get off at 4 so I'll head home and drop off my stuff and then rush out there. If you have any G35 friends, NICO friends, car enthusiast friends, or your significant other, it would be cool for you to bring them too.

For any of you who haven't joined our little meet yet,

There will be a small group of us meeting at Newport Pier (SoCal) this Saturday (Mar 15th) at around 5:30.

I have two G35 friends that aren't on NICO that I'll talk to today and my wife will definately want to come. She secretly wants her Celica to be faster than my G lol.

you guys drive so crazy..... i lost you guys after getting stopped at a red light and there was a stretch when i got caught 5 or 6 straight lights. After that I pulled over at a 7-11 to take a piss and went home

I'm sorry about that. I blame Yerv

I was hoping that I would have gotten there early enough to chat with all of you and to see how comfortable you are with driving your G. Unfortuntately I worked until 4:30 and had to unload about 300lbs of equipment before I could head out.

I also hoped that we would all have exchanged cell numbers too. Yerv and I ended up off PCH at a Chevron waiting for you guys, but I think we drove too fast and that messed things up.

If you're up for another meet next month, I'm down. This time, we'll be a little more organized.

I don't know if any of you paid attention, but from my rear view mirror, seeing 4 Gs in synchronized driving was a sweet sight.

It's alright dude. With the way Yerv and I drive, I doubt you would have stuck around for long.

I would totally love to get a Socal G club together and just drive around. Something about a group of car owners who are all on the same level of driving skill performing smooth, accurate maneuvers is thrilling to me.

I am a very aggressive, yet competent, driver...I have a feeling I could hang with ya.

We should definitely cruise up the mountains...I can't get enough pushing my G up the 243 to Idyllwild.

That's what I thought about John and the other guys, but they all got lost behind us. I still blame yerv (can't wait for him to hear this hehehe) he couldn't stay in formation and I just followed like a lemming.

The meeting was cool, jsut the freaking "sand storm" was a PITA but it's all good. Yeah we should meet up again, but get more ppl together and hopefully it wont be as windy haha. Driving thru PCH was nice, im sorry but i had to split some stuff came up; btu next time im down to drive all teh way to LB or whatever. By the way that sedan was really fast .

Yeah, so was my wife. She actually asked to be dropped off at a mall and she'd have 911 on speed dial.

I took a right turn in 2nd at around 40 and whipped the tail out. VDC kicked in, but she didn't like that. She said she would only feel safe if I had 4 point seat belts.

One, where I got there late and forgot the camera. Then everybody was in a hurry to get out of the sandstorm and get driving and our driving TOGETHER lasted all of 10 mins before people started falling off.

I'm down for another meet. Haha and this time I promise I'll keep up. Its cuz of this stupid mini van that I thought was gonna make a right turn...I let him in and he slowed me down i swear! I'd say Newport was a good location except for that sand storm. But on a normal day it should be nice.

This is just an idea but what if we meet somewhere at first and drive to either Irvine or Anaheim and go to K1 Speed? (http://www.k1speed.com/)

That would be fun. I've been to one out in corona and those little things kick some serious A$$.

I wish there was a 4 laner around that only had light traffic. PCH is cool when you get closer to Malibu, but around Newport, it can be bumper to bumper.
