G35 keyless entry fob

I have a simple question... I am planning on buying a 2003-2004 Infiniti G35 coupe. I was wondering if the 2005 and up Keyless entry keyfob can be programmed to work on the keyless entry system of a 2003-04 G35?? I imagine it would, but I wanna be sure...

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but that would not work. The I-key system is very different that the normal smart entrance system. There are ~8 RFID receivers inside the cabin on I-key equipped vehicles that the non I-key models do not have. The lock and key mechanism and operating system would not work and I think they operate on different frequencies. I will be honest that I have not tried to program something like this but if your intentions are adding I-key key fobs to a mechanical only system I do not think it will work. They security system is very fussy.
