G35: How to tell if there is an LSD or not

Hi,

Looking to buy an auto '05 and up G35 w/ the Sports Suspension Package. I believe it should have 19" wheels, and a few other trim pieces, however; is there a simple way to prove the car has an LSD. I looked at an 'o6 the other night, and the dealer said it "didn't have the LSD, but had the "sports" package". I think he was wrong, but I don't want to buy a car and it not have the option.

You should be able to give the vin number to an Infiniti dealer and have them look up what options were installed

The VLSD was an option on all G35's for 2005 and did not require any specific packages. Unless the car is a 6mt, in which VLSD was standard, you will need to refer to vin.

All sport package 6mt have vlsd. Was an option for the 5at though.
