G35 grilles

Hey guys,

I bought a 2003-2006 g35 coupe grille painted... from ebay....

but.. it doesnt fit... O_o it seems to be abit smaller...is there a different between a 2003 and 2006 coupe?

or is the moulding of the manufacturer juz crap?

the ebay person is from JAPAN... and i got it pained as well... he claims that the product fits in perfectly the 03-06 coupe g35....

please help guys... and to note... i bought my g35 from japan too... O_o... and im in australia now...

So is it a G35 or a Skyline? There very well could be subtle differences in the body style.

I'm not 100% sure... but hang tight and someone will chime in here shortly.

If the front emblem is the Infiniti one and not the "Nissan" symbol then it's not for a skyline. Could be a cheap knock-off...compare it to your OEM one...is it a different size?

My car is a Nissan Skyline 350gt coupe...isnt it the same as the infiniti g35 coupe?

Yes! you're right.. it is different compared to my OEM one... the ebay item that i bought is smaller in size compared to my OEM grill...

could the item be for a sedan (4door)? like is the sedan smaller in size?

i called a v35/g35 specialist in australia up... and he said that the infiniti and the skyline are the same... there should be no differences... cept for abit inside the interior... he said that the grill i received was probably a sedan grille cos its smaller in size..
