ok Courtney.

If I still had under 50k miles on my 06 G35 and it was less than 3 years old how much would the charge for the Infiniti Elite extended warranty be?

BTW, I already have it & this is only a test to see how good you really are?

Well it depends if it 0-20k miles, 20-30k, 30-40k, 40-50k, and so on...all the way out to 100k. What is your exact mileage, how long of a warranty did you purchase and with what deductible? I can email you all the options. Contact me on my email address! Thanks

Is it possible to get the extended warranty if your bumper to bumper has expired?

I'm contemplating this, but pricing is definitely an issue. My Credit Union offered a powertrain only warranty, but it was way to high in my opinion.

The warranty is available, but your vehicle would have to be serviced at a dealer in the US. The last time I checked the Elite Warranty was only vaild in the US, but I can call Infiniti on Mon. I will get back to you. Thanks

Hi Jacko3,

As long as your vehilce is still under 40k miles then these are all your options...$0 deductible 24mo/24k $919, 36mo/36k $1210, 36mo/48k $1435, 48k/48k $1657, 48mo/60k $1900, 60mo/60k $2169. If you add a $100 deductible to all the same terms, these are your prices...$888, $1100, $1270, $1436, $1611, and $1808. Depending on when your original in service date is and if you are driving more miles, then maybe a Certified Elite Wrap would be better. The wrap back dates to your original in service date and gives you a total of 84mo to 100k miles with a $0 deductible and is the same coverage as the Elite...its cost is $1894. We do not charge sales tax, we have a pymt plan available, and you can also pay with pay pal. The Elite Extended warranty starts date you purchase the warranty and the mileage is added to whats already on your odometer, example: if you chose the 60/60, then you would be covered until 02/07/2014 or 98,000 which ever comes first. This warranty is from the manufacture, it is the same coverage that comes with a new infiniti, and covers some additional items. It is not limited to defects only. Give me a buzz and I can go more indepth and answer more of your questions. I can also FedEx a brochure to you if you email me your address. Thanks and I hope this helps. Have a good weekend.

Good Afternoon Sentientbydesign,

Yes, the Infiniti Elite Warranty is available if your bumper to bumper has expired. It is still available as long as your mileage is still under 100k. The Infiniti coverage is a bumper to bumper, power train and covers over 1,642 components. The warranties that are offered by credit unions, 3rd party companies, and internet sites typically do not cover nearly the # of components as the Manufatures warranty and there deductibles are higher. When looking into aftermarket warranties always check the fine print for whats not covered, if you have to pay upfront and wait to be reinburst, if the deductible is per visit or per item, if its nationwide coverage, if it offers roadside assistance, trip interuption, free towing, etc...I can send you a book on the warranty if you would like. Infiniti's coverage is so extensive only a few items are not covered, such as routine maintenance, tires, brake pads, paint, and whiper blades. all me or email me and I can answer any additional questions. Thanks & hope you have a good weekend!

I just bought my Infiniti G37 Sedan (and love it) and was shopping for an extended warranty. While I did get a quote from Courtney (and she was very nice about it), the best quote I got was significantly better than hers.

For reference for people shopping, the best quote I got was from Geoff Garden at Infiniti of Nashua (and he dealt with me via email, which I really appreciated - [email protected], 800-337-3027).

I got quotes from 4 places and Courtney was at the better end of that. The highest quote I got was approximately *TWO TIMES* the lowest quote I got from Geoff. I'm amazed they get priced all over the place like that.

I just bought a new G37 Sedan and did all the homework, so I thought! When I got ready to sign the paperwork they hit me with the extended warranty. I was shocked at the price and talked to the dealer about seeing if I could get a discount on it being military and he told me NO, his prices are set and he can't do anything about them. I should have declined but didn't. It was the only thing that bugged me about my purchase. I came home and did some research on this form and found this thread, I called Courtney and she was AWESOME! She walked me thru how to fix my mistake and I feel lucky to have talked to her. I then called Geoff just to check out his price and they were very close. I would recommend both to anyone! I wished they would move to my dealership!Anyways, just want to share my experience and hope it helps someone.Shane

Hi all, new to the forum, thank you... Just bought an '07 G35x tonight and am shopping the warranty. The finance girl at my dealer- while sweet, only knew two types of warranty... the 3rd party warranty for pre-owned, and the Infinity warranty for New. I have submitted requests to both Courtney Geoff, and a couple of other dealers. I hope to find a knowledgeable person who offers a good competitive bid with no games on the Infiniti extended warranty. I'll let you know what I find and where I buy. based on the recommendations it looks like Geoff or Courtney.

Thanks!

Oh geez! Good call I-N-F-I-N-I-T-I... there... good catch So I went back the next day to discuss the warranty and went in to finance and to pickup the car, I left it behind to have it certified. I met with the finance manager (as the CPO changed the price of the car) and when I declined the warranty because I had access to an Infiniti factory warranty for $795 from Courtney, and he went on to tell me "buyer beware" they are a dealer operating out of their APR (assigned region) and that his dealer would not be obligated to honor the warranty. He ended up offering me the CPO 6/100 wrap for $1295- and I bought it. I only have 2 Infiniti dealers in my region... no sense in chacing this one.

So the only remainig question for anyone who has bought a warranty from InfinitiWarranty.com is if you have you ever had to use it? And if so, did you have any problems?

I discussed this with Courtney and it sounds like the dealer out my way might be full of it. She was able to look up in the computer with my VIN # and see what they did to my car in the shop... in doing the CPO- they failed to find that my brakes were warped- they should have resurfaced my rotors at a minimum... now they are telling me that "I must have picked up a rock" or something... needless to say the experience with this dealer so far could be better. I just paid them $2k for what again??

I really appreciate your responses!

Your local dealer is feeding you a line of BS. The warranty is backed by Infiniti, not the dealer who sells it. Using his logic, ask him what if you were out of town and the car broke down? Or if you moved?

I shopped my local dealer to see if he would match Courtney's price (he wouldn't) but he told me I could still have my car serviced at his dealership with the warranty I bought from Courtney.

Good luck.

I've been in that situation before with my Acura MDX, and with my old Ford Expedition. I figured he was full of BS and should have trusted my gut and will continue my conversation with Courtney... She has been Great! I've already referred a couple of my friends to her! ... now time to get a new set of rims for the car =)

I am looking to buy a 2003 G35. Here is the ad:

Car has 97k Miles almost all of which are highway miles driving in CT and from Brooklyn to PA. No accidents, clean CarFax report. VIN available upon request. Car has a BUNCH OF EXTRAS!

6 Disc BOSE sound system with subwooferRear trunk spoilerAutomatic Transmission with TiptronicTinted windows all around 20%LED tail lightsHeated SeatsDual Climate ControlsIce cold Air conditioner275 HorsepowerPremium 18" Wheels with Almost New Tires

Z-Tube + K&N Filter IntakeMegan Racing Y-Pipe ExhaustBlack HeadlampsAftermarket HID Xenon HeadlightsCross-Drilled Rotors with performance Brake PadsRoof SpoilerBrand New Lower Control Arms (expensive wear-and-tear part on G35s that usually wears out nearing 80k-100k miles)Remote Start! In addition, i will throw in a set of 4 rims + 4 great tires with 80% tread (Great for winter tires)

I want to get an extended warranty of course if I do get this car.

1) Is this car worth $9900 (I am going to talk to person down, the blue book value is lower)

2) How much would the extended warranty run me for a 100K warranty?

3) This car fits my budget, but I want to make sure @ 97K miles that I do not have to do keep bringing it in for broken parts or repairs, anyone able to give me some guidance on how much these cars will require repairs past 100K?

Thanks, I am taking a look at the car this Friday (What are things I should look for?).

Hi,

I am new to NICO afer having just purchased a 2007 G35X which is my 5th Infiniti. My current second car is an M35X.

While shopping for this vehicle in New Jersey I was given an extraordinary amount of "misinformation" about CPO program, extended warranty, etc. from local Infiniti dealers.

After looking on this site I learned about Courtney who was so helpful to explain the straight facts to me during my buying process that I can't express all of the appreciation that I have towards her. She is really a "gem" and a very knowledgable and straightforward person to deal with. A true asset for NICO.

I will be purchasing my extended Elite warranty from her but just wanted to take this opportunity to thank her again and let everyone know about my experiences. In no way do I have any connection to Courtney or to her dealership. Thanks again Courtney.

Ed from New Jersey

I am wondering why all of the talk about extended warranties. Is the Infiniti reliability that bad that we have to buy one of these? Every so-called extended warranty I have ever checked into has been a major profit maker for the companies. Seldom used.

So, are you who are considering them experiencing issues or just being over cautious? Would like to know.

Thanks

Heath,

No problems with Infiniti vehicles and they are probably the most reliable cars in production. I have owned 5.

However, things can happen and will. A power window motor/regulator can go, a starter, AC condenser, sensors, etc... Have you priced the cost to repair these things?

My son has a Honda Accord that needs a power window repaired. Is Honda a reliable car? Cost $600. I just traded an Acura RL. Reliable? Bad steering column pinions, etc... Cost to replace $1800. Warranty covered everything. Audi, BMW, Mercedes? Many people I know would not consider keping these cars after factory warranty period unless they had extra coverage.

To each is own but I would prefer to have the peace of mind to know that silly things like this would be paid for. Even if used a couple of times you would recoup what you paid for the warranty.

I always plan on keeping my cars beyond the factory warranty period and I have learned from experience that things WILL go wrong, even with the most reliably built cars in the world. I feel more secure knowing that I have the most coverage possible providing that the cost of the warranty is not outrageous.

Hey guys,

Is this the best offer for an Infiniti Elite extended warranty on an 08 G35? What should I pay?
