G35 flex pipe help

1 inch lowered and I got scrapes on my right flex pipe. I have use a metal strap kit. Is there a better way? Thanks

I wonder if the Nissan engineers thought it would perform or ride better if lowered an inch, why wouldn't they have done it initially?

Solution seems rather simple, provided the flex pipe hasn't become loose or is not damaged.

what would that solution be?

i think they kept it a sensible ride height cuz of comfort...
