G35 FAN BLADE PROBLEMS

hey guys, i drive a 04 G35 currently has around 150k miles on it.

The reason i am making this thread is because i am having problems with My Clutch Fan Blade (right in front of radiator).

I have replaced my Fan blade 3 times within the last 6 months. (YEZ 3X) "driving me crazy"

1. first time. Fan blade came off it chopped up my radiator and Pulley bracket had broke
- (replaced: Radiator,Fan Blade, & Pulley bracket)

2. second time (i noticed i had slight power loss , and could never fully press down on gas because it felt as if the fan would come off again. "I would feel it in the pedal" Fan comes off again after about 2 months of daily back and forth to work driving.
-(replaced Fan blade and Radiator)

3. third time. LAST WEEK Car is running fine, i leave the car running while my wife is still in the car to grab something from gas station. Next thing you know 60sec later my wife runs into the store and says the car is smoking.I THEN FIND out the the Fan came off once again and chopper up my radiator.
(replaced Fan blade, Radiator, and Fan CLUTCH THIS TIME)

ANYONE KNOWS WHY I KEEP HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM>>>>????????

Is it breaking or are the bolts coming off?

Bolts that connect the fan to the clutch keeps breaking.

Hmmm.....wonder if you have an issue with the fan clutch that is causing the bolts to weaken. Here's a thread on another model where they discuss how the fan clutch should work.

How's the harmonic balancer? If the engine is vibrating, and even through the belt, it can put alot of undue stress on parts, such as the bolts.
