g35 facelift

i like the 06 g35 a lot but i really am not crazy about the headlight in its 2 door form but i do like the 4 doors much better... how hard would it be to swap the front end and has it been done???

I've seen a couple of Coupe front ends on Sedans, but not the other way around.

I believe the coupe is a little wider. It's also a different length (which shouldn't make a difference for the front end).

Well the coupe and sedan don't share any body panels at all. I don't know how easy it would be to swap front ends... The cars are on the exact basic chassis though, same wheelbase and key structure points too...

Ummm, no. It will require a good bit of custom fabricating.

The body itself is wider on the coupe, although the framing is all the same.

You can just get some custom headlights that are vinyled/painted or modified. Just painting the inside bezel will change the way they look. Thats a common change as well. I'm sure you've seen this though.
