G35 Engine Swap - Won't Start

Car: 2004 G35 Coupe

No fuel pressure or spark after engine swap. Car sat for a year with no battery power connected. I think that I have narrowed it down to the immobilizer. I went through the learning processes but just found something on resetting the key fob. Is there anything else I can try?

Is that where the key and the ECM need to be reset / programmed? Does this take special equipment only available at certain Nissan dealers? Thanks
